Hello all!
This will be our recipe archive for the CSA members. Whenever anyone sends me a recipe or method they used to prepare their veggies in their CSA box, I will share them here. You can also make comments on this post, so if you want to ask questions, share more ideas or inspiration, please do so!
To kick things off, I wanted to share my absolute favorite CSA recipe author. Her name is Andrea Bemis and she is located in Oregon. Her farm has a traditional CSA (similar to ours!) and she has create the ultimate recipe blog/CSA veggie information site you could ever imagine! I won’t put the work into creating my own, because she’s already done it. Here is the link:

Member recipes:
Cashew and basil lettuce wraps

Shared by member Tyler Dale. He recommended this recipe with CSA box #2, but I’m sure we’ll run across these same veggies in the future!
Fried rice with ham and collard greens

A stunning dish prepared by CSA member Claire McFall. She made a fried rice that included collard greens, green onions, and garlic scapes.
Saag Alu – Potatoes with seasonal greens

Shared by CSA member Jessica Kullander. She used collard greens in the recipe, but you can use any seasonal green, like kale or chard. At the end of August we’ll have potatoes that this recipe will pair well with!
Cast Iron Pizza

Shared by CSA member Jason Berg. An awesome looking at-home pizza recipe that could use basil, but you could also throw so many other veggies on for a mean CSA veggie topped pizza!
Coconut braised collard greens

CSA member Alex Eninsche shared this lovely photo of her coconut braised collard greens in her garden after the first CSA delivery. This recipe could be used with any hearty green, like kale or chard.
